My heart goes out to each of you during this profoundly sad time. Some of my best childhood memories are the ones of the McFarland/DeMarco Family singalongs at Jellystone Park around the campfire — the laughter and music forever embedded in my heart. Who could ever forget the big talent show win for us, under Jim’s direction with his guitar and musical guidance?!!!! We still sing “Everybody Loves a Nut” as we fondly remember when.
We lost Dad a few months ago. I know your pain. It is truly awful. Take the solace you can from knowing Jim was loved by so many whose lives he touched with his friendship, humor and music. He will never be forgotten by any of us.
I am so very sorry for your loss. My thoughts and prayers are with each one of you.
