Obituary of Betty Knight Evans
Betty Knight Evans, 89, entered into eternal rest November 9, 2019. She was the wife of the late Donald L. Evans.
Betty had been a registered nurse, caring for our veterans and retiring from the Veterans Administration.
She is survived by two sons, David (Debby) of Ballston Lake, NY, and Dr. D. Durrell (Dr. Denise) of Augusta, GA; three grandchildren, Elizabeth (Ben) Lohnes of Boston, MA, D. Lee Evans of Ballston Lake, NY and Christopher (Amber Cardone) Evans of St. Petersburg, FL; and three great-grandchildren, Caedmon and Asher Lohnes, and Theo Cardone.
A service will be held at 11:30 AM on Monday, November 25th, 2019 (Pavilion site) at the Gerald B. H. Solomon Saratoga National Cemetery, 200 Duell Road, Schuylerville, NY 12871.
In lieu of flowers, the family wishes that donations be made to "Thru the Bible Radio Network" P.O. Box 7100, Pasadena, CA 91109.
