Obituary of Nancy L. Piluso
Nancy L. Piluso, 72, of Ballston Lake N.Y., passed away Sunday, April 15, 2018, at Saratoga Hospital.
She was born in Oswego, NY, the daughter of the late Francis and Helen Knopp Seggie.
Nancy (Candy) was an wonderful and caring person that loved life, her family and friends. She enjoyed every moment she had with her husband of nearly 55 years, her kids and five grandchildren. She was the kind of person that always found to best in everyone. When her beloved son passed in 2008, she had a calling to help people in need and became a home health companion with Home Instead of Saratoga. She loved and cared for many people and became friends with all of them. Previous to that she was in management at several major jewelry stores in the area.
In addition to her parents she was predeceased by a son, Edward Scott Piluso and a brother, Robert McNeil and a sister Barbara (Col. Daniel) Finke.
Survivors include her loving husband; Edward M. Piluso, her loving children; Jill (Dominic) Carelli and Tracy (David) Ashley, sisters; Ann (George) Burnham and Jodi (Nicholas) Costantino, five precious grandchildren; Edward, Makayla, Dominic, Katherine and Christian. Also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, April 20, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Edward the Confessor Church 569 Clifton Park Center Road Clifton Park, NY 12065. Calling hour to which relatives and friends are invited to attend will be held on Thursday from 4-7 p.m. at the Gordon C. Emerick Funeral Home 1550 Route 9 Clifton Park, NY 12065.
