Obituary of Winnona Lussier

Winnona S. Lussier, 79, of Grooms Road, died on Wednesday July 12, 2017 at her residence, surrounded by her loving family.  Winnona was born in Coxsackie, NY on May 19, 1938 and was the daughter of the late Warren W. Williamson and Esther Chase Hillebrandt.  She was a graduate of the Shenendehowa School system.  Winnona was the beloved wife of Leonard Lussier, whom she married on July 1, 1956.  She was a communicant of St. Mary’s Church in Crescent and enjoyed baking. 

She is the devoted mother of Robert “Robbie” Lussier of Clifton Park, Brenda (Jim) Cleary of Lakeland, FL and the late Donald Lussier; sister of Leonard
Williamson of Ballston Lake, Edna MacIntosh of Edmeston, NY, Fannie Marcil of Plattsburgh and the late Joyce Lussier and Rodney Williamson; also survived by 3 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

Funeral service will be held on Tuesday July 18th at 12 noon in the Gordon C. Emerick Funeral Home, 1550 Rt. 9 in Clifton Park, NY 12065.

Calling hours will be from 10:00 – 12:00 noon Tuesday in the funeral home.

Interment will be in St. Joseph’s Cemetery, Waterford, NY.
