Obituary of Susan M. Imperial

Susan M. Imperial, 72, of Crown Point died on Thursday June 29, 2017 at Albany Medical Center Hospital.  She was born on July 20, 1944 in West Islip, NY and was the daughter of the late Francis M. and Marjorie Hogan Shannon.  Susan graduated from Lindenhurst High School, class of 1961 and was the beloved wife of Joseph Imperial whom she married on Oct. 19, 1963.  She was the owner of Susan Imperial Realty in Ballston Lake, NY for many years.  She was a member of the Shenendehowa Senior Citizens.  Susan enjoyed golf and playing bocce. 

Survivors in addition to her beloved husband, include her children.  She is the devoted mother of Christopher Imperial, Marion (Ron) Field, Francine Kennelly and the late Leo Imperial; cherished grandmother of Corey (Catlin), Jessie (Rose) , Vanessa, Matthew, Dennis and Andrew; great grandmother of Leo Thomas Imperial.

Funeral service will be held Sunday afternoon at 5:30 pm in the Gordon C. Emerick Funeral Home, 1550 Rt. 9 in Clifton Park, NY  12065.

Calling hours will be from 12- 2 and 4-6 pm Sunday in the funeral home.
