Jordan R. Ward, 40, of Mechanicville passed away peacefully on Friday, Febuary 9, 2024 at the Collar City Nursing and Rehab Center.

 

Born in Albany, he was the son of the late William F. “Chip” Ward, Jr. and Terry (Stuart Kaplan) DiLeva of Mechanicville. He was a graduate of Niskayuna High School.

 

Jordan was a Dental Lab Technician for Northeastern Dental Lab in Albany for over 10 years.

 

Throughout his youth, Jordan enjoyed Tae Kwon DO and playing soccer and baseball. He especially enjoyed playing card games and the marble game with his beloved family.

 

Jordan was the cherished son of the late William F. “Chip” Ward, Jr. and Terry (Stuart Kaplan) DiLeva; devoted brother of Jessica (Alex Cabrera) Ward; uncle to Riley (Sage) Newcomb; nephew of the late, Patricia Gleeson, Patrick (Debbie) DiLeva, Kelly DiLeva; stepbrother of Johanna (Corey) Hamelin and Scott Kaplan. Also survived by several cousins.

 

Calling hours will be from 4:00 to 6:00 P.M., Thursday, February  15th  in the Gordon C. Emerick Funeral Home, 1550 Rt. 9 Clifton Park, NY 12065.
