Obituary of Cynthia Greenquist
Cynthia “Cindy” Greenquist, 64, of Becker Road passed away peacefully on Saturday September 16, 2023 at her home in the loving care of her family.
She was born July 11, 1959 in Troy and was the daughter of the late John and Alice Murray. She was a graduate of Cohoes High School. Cindy was the beloved wife of Roy A. Greenquist, Jr. whom she married on May 1, 1982.
She had been a bookkeeper for ESMI, Corp in Wilton, NY and earlier she had worked for Skyway Roofing. Cindy enjoyed gardening, sewing and meterorology. Especially extreme weather!
In addition to her beloved husband Roy, Cindy is the devoted mother of Erinn Genevieve Greenquist; sister of John Murray (Linda) of Queensbury, NY and Joseph Murray of Palm Coast, FL; daughter in law of Roy and Barbara Greenquist, Sr. of Speigletown, NY; sister-in-law of Debra Greenquist Kane, also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
Funeral service will be held at the convenience of the family from the John J. Sanvidge Funeral Home, Inc. 565-4th. Avenue, Lansingburgh, Troy, NY 12182
