I grew up - up the hill from Bonnie and have been a lifelong friend of her brother, Tom, who called me to tell me of her passing. My reading of the obituary only reinforced what I already knew about her - she was a fine human being. A fine wife, sister, mother and grandmother, and dedicated to improving the lives of her fellow U.S. citizens. My deepest sympathies.
