Dear Sue and "kids": I was sorry to hear of Joe's passing. As a reminder we worked together at WPAFB for many years. He was a blessing to me and many others. To say he was brillant is putting it mildly. He was also one of the kindest men I ever knew. To remind you, we all shared the common bond of having a child w/Down Syndrome (Walter). Be assured we are continuing to remember you in prayer. Love in Christ, Carolyn May.

Sue and Family - I was sad to hear of Joe's passing. I always enjoyed his humor and his enthusiasm and willing spirit for piano playing while here at Normandy Church. You all will be in my prayers.

Sue, I am sorry for your loss. I don't know if you remember me, Gail Basine, from Centerville. My son Ryan attended school with Sara. I remember you and your husband from the parent's meetings for the County MRDD. My thoughts are with you and your family.

We’re so sad to hear of Joe’s passing. I have many fun memories of “Joe the Man” participating in fitness classes at Moore’s, how he introduced me to the most frustrating game of golf, and how good he was with his foot wedge!
Our condolences to all the family.
