I am sorry to hear of Kuldeep's passing. My thoughts and prayers are with Kuldeep's friends and family.
I remember Kuldeep when I worked at the NYSDEC office in Albany and Region 4 Schenectady back in the 1980's/90's. We were both members of the ASCE-Environmental Group meeting monthly at the DEC HQ on Wolf Road.
I also remember Kuldeep when I started as a PEF Union Steward from the DEC Buffalo office in 2011 and traveled for our quarterly LM meeting in Albany.
Kuldeep was a very soft spoken person. When he chose to speak up at our meetings, his words had so much meaning and his thoughts were well received.
